Delia's, Round II: Feminine, Flirty Choices

It's Delia's time again, but this time I've gone straight for the dresses and stayed there! While the site is just chock full of amazing options (including cute shoes, great back-to-school totes, and accessories), their dresses are what teens need to make it through school, the weekends, and any parties that they may come across. Frock-only pics, coming up next!

Lily Sweatshirt Dress
Very casual and comfortable, this dress is at home with leggings and all on its own. If you're planning on wearing it at school, you can wear something slim underneath with ballerina flats or with ankle boots if you're more on the fashion-forward side. Grey and other muted colors are also great to pair with bright accessories and purses.
Dawn Shirtdress
This is one of the cutest shirtdresses I've seen, especially if it has been paired with a brown leather belt or a leather waist cinching one instead. If your belt fits along the lines of your your waist or is more of the hip-slinging type, it'll look good regardless.

**Fit Tip**: Shirtdresses were made for cinching! Don't forget something shapely. If you don't want to wear a belt with this, you can try a vest topper instead. I like this one.

Julie Knit Dress
Another knit staple to add to your wardrobe, in figure-flattering, versatile dark grey. Should you need something to amp up that bust, a dress with this sort of cut will really make you happy. A deep v-neck and a bust seams add style with design details.
Noelle Knit Jumper
A pre-fall favorite at its best, this Knit Jumper is great for maximizing your shape. Like this knit dress above it, it's great for the those of us on the slimmer side who need to add some curves. With trendy suspender-type straps and nice, big buttons, this would even look great with galoshes during a rainstorm.
Clarissa Solid Dress
Simple and classic-- we can't get enough of great dresses like this one. Instead of forcing ourselves into tons of wildly-printed trendy shifts, this one is perfect for the budget hunter who plans on extending that wardrobe for a few seasons. Dark blue is an awesome pick!
Pamela Check Dress
If you're knee-deep in LBDs and LWDs, this dress will get you right out of your slump. You'll be happy in that fun patterned dress with a fabulous shape. Buff-check is an unusual color for checks, so this will serve as a welcome addition that's quite unusual. A slightly longer skirt length is great for school rules.
